Job Description

Cooking & Preparation:

Marinating meats, vegetables, and seafood; preparing dough for breads (naan, roti); cooking items in the tandoor at high temperatures.

Tandoor Management:

Monitoring and maintaining the oven's temperature for consistent cooking.

Menu Development:

Creating new recipes, experimenting with flavors, and ensuring dishes meet presentation standards.

Quality Control:

Ensuring high standards for taste, freshness, and presentation of all tandoori items.

Hygiene & Safety:

Following strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.

Kitchen Operations:

Managing inventory, ordering supplies, maintaining a clean workstation, and potentially overseeing junior chefs.

Collaboration:

Working with other kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
