Tandoor Chef

About Us:

We are a family-friendly restaurant that serves 80-100 guests at a time. We also host kids' parties for 20-30 people and handle food delivery orders. Our menu includes Continental, Indian, Tandoori, and Chinese dishes.

What You'll Do:Food Preparation:

Follow recipes and understand the ingredients needed. Set up the kitchen with equipment and ingredients before cooking. Cook and serve food quickly and with great quality. Adjust recipes to meet special requests or dietary needs. Check the freshness of food and restock as needed.

Kitchen Management:

Lead and guide kitchen staff, assigning tasks to keep things running smoothly. Keep the kitchen clean and safe by following health rules. Make sure the kitchen meets health and safety guidelines. Hire, train, and review kitchen staff when required.

Event and Customer Support:

Communicate daily specials to the service team. Show kitchen staff cooking techniques when needed. Manage catering for events, especially kids' parties.

What You Need:

Experience as a tandoor Chef or similar role Good knowledge of Continental, Indian, Tandoori, and Chinese cuisines Leadership and teamwork skills Experience with food delivery orders and managing party orders Ability to work under pressure during busy times
