Job Description

Tandoor Preparation:

Preparing and cooking various tandoori items, including naan, kebabs, and grilled meats, according to recipes and standards. Maintaining the tandoor oven in a clean and safe condition.

Food Quality and Presentation:

Ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation of tandoori dishes. Maintaining food safety and sanitation regulations.

Inventory and Management:

Monitoring and maintaining inventory of tandoori ingredients and supplies. Assisting with menu planning and cost control.

Staff Training and Supervision:

Training and supervising assistant chefs and kitchen staff in tandoori cooking. Testing new recipes and making adjustments.

Other Duties:

Attending training programs to improve skills. Assisting with other kitchen duties as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
