Food Quality and Presentation:
Ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation of tandoori dishes.
Maintaining food safety and sanitation regulations.
Inventory and Management:
Monitoring and maintaining inventory of tandoori ingredients and supplies.
Assisting with menu planning and cost control.
Staff Training and Supervision:
Training and supervising assistant chefs and kitchen staff in tandoori cooking.
Testing new recipes and making adjustments.
Other Duties:
Attending training programs to improve skills.
Assisting with other kitchen duties as needed.
