Job Description

Food preparation and menu planning

Plan and design menus. Create and develop new recipes. Prepare and cook menu items, ensuring high-quality and aesthetic presentation. Inspect and select fresh ingredients.
Kitchen and staff management

Oversee and delegate tasks to kitchen staff. Recruit, interview, and train new kitchen employees. Manage staff schedules and work with human resources. Monitor kitchen operations to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
Financial and inventory management

Manage food costs and minimize waste. Control inventory and order supplies from vendors. Maintain accurate records for budgeting and purchasing.
Health, safety, and compliance

Ensure compliance with health codes and sanitation regulations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and with equipment. Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure they are functional and clean.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
