Monitor kitchen operations to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
Financial and inventory management
Manage food costs and minimize waste.
Control inventory and order supplies from vendors.
Maintain accurate records for budgeting and purchasing.
Health, safety, and compliance
Ensure compliance with health codes and sanitation regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and with equipment.
Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure they are functional and clean.
