Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of tandoor dishes including naan, roti, kebabs, tikkas, and other clay-oven specialties
Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently
Marinate meats and prepare doughs according to established recipes
Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all dishes
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, especially the tandoor station
Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and cooking times
Assist with inventory control and proper storage of ingredients
Follow food safety standards and company policies
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef or similar role
