Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Tandem resource with Base 24 knowledge

to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, validating, and ensuring the performance and reliability of Tandem architectures.
Responsibilities:
Provide quality day to day L2 production support for ACI Base 24 application, trouble shooting ,identifying the root causes and implementing solutions. Coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance & Security patching activities Manage new application release, adhering to best practices of the release management process Enhance existing support process to maintain/improve service level & quality Monitor application performance with prognosis tools and identify improvement areas Document support process, procedures and troubleshooting steps Participate in on-call rotations for after hours support



Qualifications:
Technical skills in Tandem and Base 24 architecture or in Cobol/Mainframe (who is willing to shift to Tandem) Experience with troubleshooting and providing production support for IT systems. Familiarity with application release management processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and participate in an on-call rotation.
