Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in
Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu
and will serve as the first point of contact for our regional language-speaking customers. You'll be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product/service support, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in
Tamil, Malayam, or Telugu
.
Understand customer issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when needed.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Record customer interactions, issues, and actions taken in CRM tools.
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
Fluency in

Good communication skills in

or
Hindi
(added advantage).
0-3 years of customer support or related experience.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Patience and ability to handle stress in high-pressure situations.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
