Salary Details

CTC: ₹14,500 (Includes PF + PT + ESIC) In-hand: ₹11,255 + Attractive Incentives Optional (Without PF & ESIC): ₹13,000 In-hand

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain personal loan products. Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate financial solutions. Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-up actions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets. Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience and repeat business. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth conversion of leads. Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior experience in telesales or banking process is an added advantage.
