Job Description

Testing and Evaluation: Conduct thorough testing of products or services to identify defects, errors, or areas for improvement. Defect Reporting: Document and report identified defects, ensuring clear and concise descriptions for developers to address. Process Improvement: Analyze testing results and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance quality. Compliance: Ensure products or services comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, results, and findings. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is maintained throughout the product lifecycle. Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of quality issues and implement effective solutions.
