Language proficiency: Fluent communication in Tamil is essential for understanding customer needs and providing accurate responses. Customer service skills: Effectively handling customer calls, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Inbound call handling: Answering incoming calls from customers and identifying the reason for their contact. Information provision: Providing accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and account details. Complaint resolution: Addressing customer complaints, identifying the root cause, and providing appropriate solutions. Data entry: Recording customer interactions and relevant details into the system. Adherence to guidelines: Following company policies and procedures for handling customer interactions.
