Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide them with relevant information.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate clearly and effectively in Tamil to understand customer needs.
Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Sales and Promotion:
Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
Customer Support:
Assist customers with their queries and resolve any issues they may have.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Data Management:
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including the nature of the call, customer feedback, and sales made.
Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
Report customer issues and complaints to the relevant departments for resolution.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in Tamil (both written and spoken); basic English is an added advantage.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain products/services clearly.
Customer Service Orientation:
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Sales Acumen:
Experience in sales or a strong persuasive ability is preferred.
Computer Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer operations, including MS Office and CRM software.
Time Management:
Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets.
Education:
Minimum Qualification:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Additional Requirements:
Experience:
Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Availability:
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
Personality:
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle stress.
