1. Sales Generation - Tamil Market
Focus on generating sales from Tamil-speaking clients
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
3. Product Knowledge
Maintain an in-depth understanding of all company products and services.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position the company's solutions.
4. Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
5. Team Collaboration
Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.
6. General Responsibilities
You shall devote your full working time, attention, and efforts exclusively to the Company.
