Candidates must possess strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to teach Tamil clearly and engagingly at the secondary level. A valid teaching certification, sound classroom management skills, and a demonstrated commitment to students' academic progress are essential. Prior teaching experience will be an added advantage.
