Contact customers over the phone Explain products / services to customers Answer customer queries politely Follow-up calls and convert them into orders / enquiries Must be fluent in Tamil communication Interest in customer interaction over phone Basic knowledge of Computer / MS Office / WhatsApp is preferred Experience in telecalling will be an added advantage, but freshers can also apply (training provided)
