We are looking for a

Tamil-speaking Tele caller

to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in tele calling or HR recruitment and should be comfortable handling client and candidate calls in Tamil, Hindi, and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to candidates or clients as per company requirements. Handle inbound inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Coordinate with the HR team for recruitment follow-ups and scheduling interviews. Maintain call logs and update records in the system. Achieve daily and weekly calling targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
