Key Responsibilities: * Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Order Management: Efficiently manage customer orders, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Flipkart / Amazon product offerings and provide information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer concerns or complaints, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction.

Required Skills: * Excellent Communication: Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for helping people and the ability to empathize with customers needs.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think critically, analyze situations, and find effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
