Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with Tamil-speaking customers.
Resolve customer issues and queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complaints and improve service delivery.
Meet daily and weekly service performance targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Fluency in Tamil language

1-3 years of experience in
Customer Support / BPO / Tele-calling / Client Service

Must be currently residing in
Delhi NCR or Gurugram
