Key Responsibilities

Handle

post-sale documentation

and customer support activities. Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and in person. Address and resolve customer queries in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer communication and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience

in the Builders & Developers industry (mandatory). Any graduate degree. Strong communication skills in

English and Malayalam

. Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
