for our Domestic BPO operations. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with business clients, managing queries, and providing accurate information related to products, orders, and services through voice and non-voice channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with B2B customers in
Tamil
(English/Hindi is an added advantage).
Manage email and chat support as part of the
blended process.
Assist business clients with order placement, order status, returns, and payment-related queries.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining service quality standards.
Update customer and order details accurately in the system.
Maintain professional communication and build strong client relationships.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
Fluent in
Tamil
(mandatory).
Basic knowledge of computers and e-commerce platforms.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in
Domestic BPO / E-Commerce / B2B process
is preferred but not mandatory.
