Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Tally Trainer to deliver effective and engaging training sessions to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching Tally Prime / Tally ERP9, accounting fundamentals, GST, payroll, and related modules, ensuring learners gain both theoretical understanding and practical application skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive training sessions on Tally Prime / Tally ERP9 and basic to advanced accounting concepts. Teach modules including Accounting, Inventory Management, GST, TDS, Payroll, MIS Reports, and Data Management. Prepare and deliver well-structured lesson plans, assignments, and assessments. Provide hands-on practice and resolve student queries effectively. Evaluate student progress and maintain training records. Stay updated with new Tally features, accounting laws, and taxation norms. Assist in developing training materials, case studies, and live projects. Support learners with real-world scenarios and practical business applications. Maintain discipline and professionalism in both online and offline sessions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP9 and accounting principles. Understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Payroll management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, simple, and practical way. Strong organizational and time management skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field. Tally Certification (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in training or working with Tally software. Prior teaching/training experience (in institutes or corporates) is an advantage.

Preferred:

Experience in MS Excel and basic business analytics. Ability to train in Telugu / Hindi / English based on audience. Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms).

Pay: ₹9,194.40 - ₹39,403.59 per month
