Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Tally Sales and Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Tally software products, handling customer queries, providing after-sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Sales:

Promote and sell Tally software products (TallyPrime, Add-ons, TSS, etc.) Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and field visits. Conduct product demos and presentations for clients. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure renewals.

Support:

Provide technical and functional support for Tally products to clients via phone, email, or remote access. Handle software installation, activation, updates, and troubleshooting. Train users on Tally features and usage. Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues. Maintain records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Tally software (especially TallyPrime). Basic understanding of accounting and GST principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving ability and technical aptitude. Sales-oriented mindset with customer service attitude. Familiarity with CRM tools and remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Tally sales or support role. Tally certification (if any) will be an added advantage.
