Tally Sales Executive
who thrives on building connections, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. In this role, you'll be helping SMEs and MSMEs simplify their business processes by recommending the right Tally and allied products.
You'll be more than just a salesperson, you'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on the best solutions for their needs and ensuring they see real value. From prospecting and pitching to onboarding and relationship management, you'll own the sales cycle and play a direct role in driving our growth story.
What You'll Do
Generate new business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable
Tally and Tally Allied solutions
.
Manage the complete sales cycle:
lead generation ? demo ? proposal ? closure
.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Stay updated on
Tally products, features, and competitor offerings
.
Collaborate with the internal support team to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sales satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
Graduate in
Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
.
1-3 years of experience in
software product sales / IT solution sales / ERP sales
.
Proven track record in
achieving sales targets
.
Strong
communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion
skills.
Understanding of
basic accounting and business processes
.
Ability to generate leads and prospect new clients.
Good to Have:
Certification in sales/ERP solutions
or
Tally Certification
.
MBA
with Marketing/Sales specialization.
Prior experience in
selling accounting software or ERP systems (preferably Tally)
.
Exposure to
B2B sales in the SME/MSME sector
.
Knowledge of
Tally products, modules, and licensing
.
Familiarity with
CRM tools for sales tracking
.
An existing network of SME/MSME clients.
