Role Definition



The Tally Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling Tally software products and education projects, building relationships with institutes/colleges, and providing support to Tally partners. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieve sales and business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables



Tally Software Knowledge

Acquire and maintain knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime features. Clear quarterly internal product knowledge assessment. Deliver product demonstrations to clients and institutions.

Training / Education Sector Knowledge

Approach new institutes/colleges for Tally Education Projects. Prepare and submit monthly lead/progress reports.

Tally Education Project & Certificate Business

Develop new tie-ups with colleges/authorized centers. Ensure student enrollment for Tally certification programs. Coordinate with colleges for business growth.

Field Visits

Conduct visits to institutes/colleges for business promotion. Collect and maintain information on Tally certification adoption.

TAC Partner Support

Support TAC partners with coordination and follow-ups. Facilitate business enablement through TAC partners.

Communication Skills

Communicate clearly and politely with clients and partners. Provide regular feedback and updates to management.

Presentation Skills & Learning Attitude

Deliver impactful product and project presentations. Attend training sessions to upgrade product knowledge.

Evaluation Metrics



Quarterly internal product knowledge assessment scores. Number of product demos delivered. New institutes/colleges approached and onboarded. New tie-ups with colleges/authorized centers. Student enrollments in Tally certification programs. Effective TAC partner coordination and support. Communication quality and client/partner feedback. Training sessions attended and participation in learning initiatives.

Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of Tally software and accounting concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver presentations and engage diverse audiences. Target-driven and result-oriented approach. Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
