Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Pitch products or services clearly and effectively.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.
Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and sales.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.).
Positive attitude and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejection and continue with enthusiasm.
Education:
Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
Salary:
As per industry standards + Incentives
Working Hours:
working hours, e.g., 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
