Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tally Operator with excellent knowledge of Tally ERP 9 to join our dynamic Purchase team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update Purchase records using Tally ERP 9.
Process and record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
.Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and adjustments.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of Purchase records.
Provide support during audits and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed.
Stay updated with Tally software enhancements and accounting regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tally Operator or in a similar accounting role.
Proficient in Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
