Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Accurately enter financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and bank reconciliations, into Tally.

Billing and Invoicing:

Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies.

GST and TDS Compliance:

Handle GST filings, TDS calculations, and other statutory requirements.

Financial Reporting:

Generate reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and other financial statements.

Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.

Data Analysis:

Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities.

Software Proficiency:

Be proficient in Tally software and other relevant accounting software like MS Excel.
Skills and Qualifications:

Tally Proficiency:

Strong knowledge and experience using Tally ERP software.

Accounting Knowledge:

Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

Data Entry Skills:

Accuracy and efficiency in data entry.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to troubleshoot errors and resolve issues.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.

Computer Literacy:

Proficiency in using computers and related software, including MS Exce
