-Should be willing to take both offline and online classes.

-Must have good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

-Must be willing to travel and ready to take off-campus classes as well.

-Must be involved in course material creation, syllabus maintenance, exam conducting & handling, and other related activities.

-Must maintain regularly scheduled office hours.
