Location- Noida Sector 57 The role of IT Trainer is critical to the success of Udayan Care\xe2\x80\x99s initiatives. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to play an important role in IT education with enormous potential impact. The IT Trainer will report to the Head of the UCIT Programme on a regular basis providing updates on the progress of the various activities. Any challenges or problems in relation to completion of the various activities will be highlighted at the earliest opportunity. Section 3 | Key Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Plan, organize, and administer the prescribed curriculum with the support of the IT Programme Coordinator. \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and activities that facilitate students\' acquisition of basic and advanced computer skills. Tally Skills \xef\x82\xb7 Facilitate day-to-day classes to assist students in gaining technical knowledge needed to secure employment. \xef\x82\xb7 Invigilate and assess assignments, quizzes, and examinations and distribute periodic progress reports of the students. \xef\x82\xb7 Supervise the junior trainer. \xef\x82\xb7 Data entry for monitoring & evaluation and Data compilation \xef\x82\xb7 Develop presentations for schools and other publicity and campaign work, community surveys, etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Download important software updates and maintain hardware. \xef\x82\xb7 Publicize programmes to target potential communities so as to attract a large pool of enrollments at the centers. \xef\x82\xb7 Plan and implement educational activities, co-curricular activities, large and small group workshops, social service activities, annual day celebration and events at the center. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and submit written weekly reports to the Head of the Programme. Section 4 | Experience & Qualification \xef\x82\xb7 6 to 24 months of work experience in the relevant field. Preferably in the NGO Sector. \xef\x82\xb7 Prior Experience in leading an NGO in programme implementation or teaching will be preferred. \xef\x82\xb7 Graduate or postgraduate preferably in Computers (BCA/MCA) \xef\x82\xb7 Willing to travel within Delhi/NCR Version 2.0| 3 Section 5 | Skills and knowledge \xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in computer software\xe2\x80\x99s like Excel, office, PowerPoint, etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communications skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills and social values. \xef\x82\xb7 Zeal to work in the community. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 921,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:
