Job Title: Tally ERP9 and Tally Prime Trainer Location: Mysore Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tally ERP9 and Tally Prime Trainer to impart training to individuals and organizations on effectively using Tally ERP9 and Tally Prime accounting software, including GST compliance. The trainer will play a crucial role in enhancing the proficiency and productivity of our clients in managing financial operations. Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on Tally ERP9 and Tally Prime, covering all relevant aspects including GST compliance, inventory management, payroll, and other functionalities. Customize training programs based on the specific needs and requirements of the trainees or clients. Create training materials such as manuals, guides, presentations, and exercises to facilitate effective learning. Evaluate trainees\' progress and understanding of the software, providing constructive feedback and additional support as needed. Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and changes in Tally ERP9 and Tally Prime to ensure the training content is current and accurate. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and align the training accordingly to optimize Tally software usage. Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars to promote Tally ERP9 and Tally Prime training programs. Address queries and provide post-training support to clients to ensure effective implementation of learned concepts. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge and expertise in Tally ERP9 and Tally Prime software, including GST compliance. Proven experience in conducting training sessions for individuals and corporate clients on Tally software. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to adapt training methodologies to suit the learning styles and requirements of diverse trainees. Patience and ability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding. Organizational and time-management skills to effectively plan and execute training programs. Certification in Tally ERP9 and Tally Prime training is a plus. Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training individuals and organizations on Tally ERP9 and Tally Prime.
• Experience in designing and delivering customized training programs based on client needs.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 per month Benefits:
