Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling:

Contact prospects for sales, promotions, or surveys.

Inbound Handling:

Answer calls, address queries, and provide support.

Lead Generation:

Identify and nurture potential sales opportunities.

Customer Engagement:

Build relationships, explain offerings, and persuade customers.

Data Management:

Update customer info in CRM and record call details.

Target Achievement:

Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales goals.

Feedback Loop:

Relay customer feedback to relevant teams for service improvement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
