Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Female Tally Caller to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in tele sales, client coordination, and data management using Tally / CRM software. She will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, generating potential leads, maintaining accurate data records, and providing support to the sales team to help close property deals.

This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, confident on calls, and experienced in handling real estate customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities



Telecalling & Lead Handling



Make outbound calls to new and existing leads regarding residential/commercial property projects.

Manage inbound enquiry calls and provide complete project information.

Identify customer needs and match them with suitable property options.

Educate customers about project features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.

Follow up with potential buyers on a timely basis to maximize conversions.

Data Management in Tally / CRM



Enter and maintain customer data accurately in Tally / CRM.

Update lead statuses, follow-up notes, and communication history.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.

Maintain lead pipelines and documentation records for the sales team.

Coordination



Schedule and confirm site visits with clients.

Coordinate with the field sales team regarding client requirements.

Support the sales team with documentation, payment follow-ups, and post-sales queries.

Assist in organizing promotional activities and campaigns when required.

Customer Relationship Management



Build long-term relationships with interested buyers.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Handle customer queries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Mandatory: Experience as a Telecaller in the Real Estate industry.

Proficiency in Tally and CRM tools for lead and data management.

Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages a plus).

Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Positive attitude, confidence, and professional behavior.

Education



12th Pass / Graduate (Any discipline)
