Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated

Tally and Accounting Teacher

to deliver high-quality instruction in Tally ERP and accounting principles to students. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with accounting software and practical knowledge of financial management, enabling students to develop both theoretical understanding and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach

Tally ERP (Tally Prime)

and accounting concepts including

journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, GST, payroll, and financial reporting

. Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and exercises tailored to students' levels. Conduct

online/offline classes

, workshops, and practical sessions. Monitor students' progress through

assignments, tests, and project work

. Provide guidance for

real-world accounting applications

and case studies. Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and course completion. Stay updated with

latest accounting standards, taxation rules, and Tally updates

. Assist in curriculum development and improvement of teaching methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance

; professional certifications (CA/ CMA / ACCA) are a plus. Strong command of

Tally ERP / Tally Prime

and accounting software. Knowledge of

GST, payroll, taxation, and financial reporting standards

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to

simplify complex accounting concepts

for students. Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.

Experience:

Minimum

2 years of teaching experience

or

3+ years of practical accounting experience

. Prior experience teaching

Tally or accounting courses

is preferred.
