Job Description

A Tally accountant is responsible for managing a company's financial records using Tally accounting software. This role involves data entry, generating financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information.

Responsibilities

Managing all accounting transactions through Tally software, including: Recording sales and purchase invoices Managing cash and bank accounts Handling accounts payable and receivable Processing payroll and calculating taxes Preparing financial statements like balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements using Tally Reconciling bank statements Generating various accounting reports as needed Maintaining accounting records and ensuring their accuracy Understanding and adhering to accounting principles and statutory regulations May support with tax preparation and filing

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience working with Tally accounting software Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Excellent data entry and record-keeping skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Kodambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
