Accounting & Finance

Manage day-to-day accounting entries using

EVA Cloud Software

(primary) and

Tally Prime/ERP 9

. Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS/TCS calculations & returns. Maintain books of accounts, ledger scrutiny, trial balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet. Prepare and manage payroll, PF/ESI compliance. Coordinate with statutory auditors and handle tax audits.

Quotation & Costing (Critical Role)

Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for uPVC windows, sliding doors, casement systems, villa windows, toughened glass works, DGU, laminates, ACP cladding, spider glazing, etc. Calculate material costs (uPVC profiles, hardware, glass, sealants, accessories) based on current market rates and BOM. Work closely with the sales/technical team to understand project requirements and convert inquiries into professional quotations. Maintain quotation register and follow up on pending quotes.

MIS & Reporting

Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports in

Advanced Excel

(Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards). Inventory reconciliation (raw material, WIP, finished goods). Cost analysis and profitability reports project-wise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field. Minimum 2-6 years of experience in manufacturing industry; experience in uPVC windows/doors/aluminum fabrication industry is highly preferred.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
