Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal vouchers
Handle accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports
Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and supporting documents for audits
Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers, and ledgers
Administrative Support:
Manage office documentation, filing, and correspondence
Assist with vendor management, quotations, and purchase orders
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth office operations
Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance tracking, travel arrangements, and office supplies
Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information
Qualifications & Skills
1 years of experience in accounting with strong Tally ERP/Prime knowledge
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to handle both accounts and admin responsibilities independently
