Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Preparing and maintaining financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) and reports.

Tax Compliance: Managing tax filings and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Auditing: Conducting audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues and ensure accuracy.

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing invoices, payments, and collections.

Payroll: Processing employee salaries and wages.

Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

Advisory: Providing financial advice and recommendations to management.


Essential Skills:



Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax laws, and accounting software.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
