Tally Accountant / Back Office Manager

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Manage daily accounting operations in

Tally ERP

. Record and maintain sales, purchase, expenses, and stock entries. Handle billing, invoicing, and GST-related documentation. Reconcile bank statements, payments, and vendor accounts. Maintain customer records, pending payments, and follow-ups. Assist in preparing financial reports for management. Manage back-office tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry. Support the sales team with order processing and coordination. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store backend.

Requirements:



Graduate in Commerce or related field (preferred).

Proficiency in Tally ERP

& MS Office (Excel, Word). Basic knowledge of GST & accounting principles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently with attention to detail. Prior experience in accounting/back office roles preferred.
