Recruitment - TSMs must actively participate in sourcing candidates for the academic seasonal hiring process.
Ensure hiring aligns with the criteria specified in the JD, including experience and budget, while maintaining parity in offers.
Induction & Onboarding - Ensure TSMs follow the pre-onboarding, onboarding, and induction processes for new joiners, and ensure new hires and key stakeholders complete their related tasks in HRIS
TSMs should diligently conduct the TLC induction presentation and ensure the quiz and feedback are completed.
Attendance Inputs & Leave Management - TSMs must accurately prepare the monthly attendance inputs file and ensure adherence to SOP for attendance, late marks, leave, overtime, onhold salaries and other statutory compliances.
TSMs are responsible for promptly escalating absenteeism, late marks, half days, or any irregularities to School Leaders, Regional Managers, or Heads of Departments for appropriate action following the protocol
Grievance Handling - TSMs are required to promptly respond to tickets raised in the system within set timelines to resolve issues. Additionally, they must address confidential queries escalated to TSL/GM-TLC, providing timely and appropriate solutions.
Employee Engagement and R&R - Ensure all events/programs are planned, executed and key observation on feedback's to be shared with TSL as per the SOP
Compliance & Audit - Ensure 100% compliances in all the internal and external audits including the adherence of timely submission of all the task related to affiliation
TSM's should be well-versed with all the SOPs and ensure completion of all HRIS tasks
Employee Communication - Establish and maintain a consistent process for timely communication related to new joinee announcements, promotions, transfers, exits, employee engagement events, R&R & trainings, etc.
Exit Formalities - Conduct Exit Interview and share key observations to shared with TSL as per the SOP
Ensure all the exit tasks has been completed by the TSM (including F&F), exited employee and Key Stakeholders
Confirmation Process - Ensure all the confirmation tasks has been completed by the TSM, Employee and Key Stakeholders, accordingly issue confirmation/ probation extention letters
Generate increment letters through the HRIS portal & timely tag the letters.
Upload the CTC structure created by TSL in the HRIS portal, followed by ensuring receipt acknowledgement.
Rev&dev- Assist TSL in converting the matrix and crosschecking the reciprocity
MIS - Maintaining & updating MIS report regularly as per timelines
