Key Responsibilities
Manage
full-cycle hiring
for internal roles (recruiters, managers, Business Development, support roles).
Execute
client hiring mandates
across industries - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates quickly.
Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards, trackers, and daily performance updates.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
What We're Looking For
1-4 years of recruitment experience (Consulting background preferred).
Strong sourcing skills and comfort with hiring for multiple roles simultaneously.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up discipline.
A performance-driven mindset - someone who loves closing roles and achieving targets.
Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.
