Job Summary (Talent Sourcing Coordinator)
- Take ownership of candidate attraction for vacancies across Australia, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, and Philippines, using cost-effective methods aligned with company policies.
- Support Talent Acquisition Partner with market intelligence on candidate availability, benefits, and working conditions to ensure competitiveness.
- Build connections with target talent pools to strengthen employer brand and position company as an employer of choice.
- Align sourcing strategies with W rtsil 's Employee Value Proposition (Fuel Your Power) and contribute to employer branding and communication plans.
- Provide constructive feedback and advice to unsuccessful candidates to support their career development and enhance employer reputation.
- Utilize direct sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn) to engage high-quality candidates while ensuring excellent candidate experience.
- Assist in candidate interviews at different stages, including phone, first-round, and second-round interviews.
- Write compelling job adverts, manage job postings, promote opportunities on social media, pre-screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain timely communication with candidates.
- Manage onboarding processes from offer acceptance to new hire's first day to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies when needed and recommend suppliers.
- Participate in piloting, testing, and scaling new recruitment practices within assigned countries.
- Initiate and monitor completion of country-specific pre-employment checks for new hires.
- Track and update progress for all assigned vacancies to ensure timely actions and focus.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Actively listen to candidates to understand and address their career aspirations and concerns.
- Align candidate career objectives with company opportunities to support retention and professional growth.
- Engage with applicants across various functions and seniority levels.
- Manage multiple recruitment cycles and hiring managers, ensuring strong administration and coordination.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet varying requirements across different countries of responsibility.
