Key Responsibilities-
- Source resumes from multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and niche job boards.
- Review candidate profiles and assess alignment with job requirements.
- Maintain and build talent pipelines for frequently hired roles.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers to refine candidate search strategies.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods to identify passive and active candidates.
- Track and manage sourced candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular reports on sourcing progress and recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated with best practices in talent sourcing and emerging recruitment technologies.

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
