We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Scout to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging high-potential candidates across various industries and roles. Proactively source and connect with potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes, assess profiles, and maintain an active talent pipeline
Support the recruitment team in building talent maps for niche or leadership roles
Engage with passive candidates and build long-term relationships
Assist in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
Keep track of industry trends and talent movements Requirements:
0 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR, or a related field
Strong communication and networking skills
Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
Curious, self-motivated, and driven to build great teams
Any bachelor's/Master's degree is welcome
