About the role:
As a recruiter, you play a critical role in finding and attracting the best talent for Loop. Your primary responsibility is to identify, screen, and hire the best candidates for open positions, ensuring that the hiring process is efficient, effective, and compliant with our TA process.
What you will do:Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks
Screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and conducting in-person interviews
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders
Assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for open positions
Negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and legal requirements
Measuring and reporting on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates
What you need to have:2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in corporate or agency
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
