: Senior Manager - Talent & Resource Management
Location: Chennai, India
Department: EMEA and APJ - Enterprise Workforce Planning
Reports to: Director - Operational Excellence
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide workforce planning, resource management, and executive hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable recruitment frameworks, optimizing workforce allocation, and aligning talent strategies with business growth. This role requires strong HR analytics capabilities, cross-functional leadership, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end resource management strategy, aligning workforce planning with global business priorities.
Build and manage demand forecasting and intake governance models to improve fulfillment visibility and reduce staffing delays.
Direct and mentor a high-performance team, fostering a customer-centric and results-oriented culture.
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, HR, Finance, and Resource Management Groups to optimize costs, improve hiring efficiency, and enhance delivery governance.
Deliver executive dashboards and pipeline health metrics to support proactive leadership decision-making.
Oversee account-level resource governance and risk mitigation planning for critical business initiatives.
Manage staffing for R&D, Clinical, Sales & Marketing, Product Platforms, and other specialized domains.
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Supply Chain, and COO teams to ensure timely hiring for niche skillsets.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly demand dashboards for executive leadership reviews.
Spearhead organizational initiatives and corporate resourcing programs to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
