Job Summary:

The Talent Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, and hire top talent aligned with the organization's goals and culture. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, identifying effective recruitment channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job specifications, and desired candidate profiles. Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals, social media, and professional networks. Actively source candidates through databases, networking, headhunting, and employee referrals. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain an updated candidate database and generate recruitment reports. Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or recruitment events. Ensure recruitment practices align with organizational values and employment regulations. Assist in improving recruitment processes and identifying innovative sourcing strategies.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent sourcing and networking abilities (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.). Good understanding of recruitment metrics and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
