Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with influencers and creators.
Act as the bridge between talent and brand teams for campaign execution.
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers.
Track campaign performance and ensure deliverables are met.
Stay updated with influencer trends, emerging platforms, and creator economy shifts.
Requirements
Minimum
6 months of experience
in influencer marketing/talent management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building ability with creators and agencies.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
