About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a strong track record in hiring pharmaceutical market representatives, including Medical Representatives, Marketing Representatives, and Area Sales Managers. This role focuses on identifying high-performing field sales talent who can drive market penetration and sales growth in the pharmacy/pharmaceutical sector.
Specifically, this role will involve:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
• Screen candidates for sales experience, pharma product exposure, and target achievement history
• Conduct initial interviews to assess communication skills, market knowledge, and sales capability
• Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with hiring managers
• Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring trackers
• Support bulk hiring and regional hiring drives when required

Ideal candidate will have:

• Hands-on experience recruiting pharmaceutical sales or market representative roles
• Strong understanding of field sales operations, territories, and performance metrics
• Ability to evaluate candidates based on market reach, doctor network, and sales achievements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced recruitment environment
• Strong networking and sourcing capabilities within the pharma sales ecosystem
