Duties



Design, implement, and oversee engaging training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives. Manage the onboarding process, including employee orientation sessions that introduce company policies, culture, and expectations. Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft to track training progress and maintain accurate records. Conduct needs assessments through research and consultation to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful. Lead talent management efforts by supporting succession planning, employee evaluation processes, and internal recruiting strategies. Coordinate with external vendors or trainers for specialized workshops or certifications when necessary. Develop metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve program delivery based on feedback and performance data. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across departments to promote a culture of learning and development. Stay current on employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliance within all training activities. Leverage social media management tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms like iCIMS or Taleo to attract new talent through targeted campaigns. Support sales teams by providing product knowledge training and sales skills development sessions. Facilitate leadership development programs including coaching, mentoring, and succession planning initiatives. Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, employee relations issues related to training, and employee orientation documentation.

Qualifications



Proven experience in training & development, talent management, or human resources roles with a focus on learning program delivery. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Demonstrated expertise in recruiting processes including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, HR sourcing, and internal recruiting strategies. Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, Salesforce, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with ATS systems like iCIMS or Taleo is highly desirable. Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliance in all training activities. Experience with social media management for recruitment marketing purposes is a plus. Ability to conduct research on industry best practices and incorporate innovative approaches into training programs. Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, cold calling for lead generation purposes, and leveraging tools like Lever for talent acquisition efforts. Familiarity with payroll systems such as Paychex or ADP is advantageous for understanding compensation structures related to employee development initiatives.
