TALENT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Models/actors ke profiles manage karna & unki growth plan banana
Daily coordination with talents for auditions, shoots & updates
Talent ka grooming, guidance & portfolio improvement monitor karna
Talent onboarding, contracts & availability sheets maintain karna
Social media presence improve karwana (guidelines, content ideas, etc.)
Casting & production teams ke saath smooth communication maintain karna
Requirements:
Strong communication & people management skills
Talent behaviour, discipline & professionalism handle karne ki ability
Instagram trends & modeling industry ka basic understanding
Calm attitude & multitasking ability
Experience is preferred, but trained fresher can apply
