to join our growing Talent Management team. The primary responsibility of this role is to address and resolve queries related to our internship programs. As a key point of contact, the intern will ensure a seamless experience for applicants and participants by providing clear and timely responses to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
:
Respond to internship-related queries via email in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding internship opportunities, application processes, program requirements, and timelines.
Assist in resolving any issues or concerns faced by potential or current interns, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
Work closely with the Talent Management department to escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
Maintain and update the FAQ section for internship-related queries to enhance the support process.
Collaborate with the team to improve the internship experience based on feedback from candidates and interns.
Contribute to building and maintaining Excelerate's supportive and responsive company culture by acting as a positive representative of the Talent Management team.
Skills & Qualifications
:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to learning and contributing to the Talent Management department's success.
Familiarity with helpdesk tools and customer service platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
